  • What is Floatation Therapy?
Floatation therapy involves lying in a sensory deprivation tank filled with water and Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly. The experience promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and pain management.
  • How long is each float session?
Each float session lasts for 1 hour. We recommend allowing 90 minutes for your entire experience, including time in our chill-out room afterward.
  • What should I bring to my float session?
You only need to bring yourself! We provide towels, earplugs, and anything else you might need for a comfortable session. You can float in your swimsuit or in the nude.
  • Are there any benefits to floatation therapy?
Yes, floatation therapy can help reduce stress, alleviate pain, improve sleep, and enhance creativity. Regular sessions can lead to long-term improvements in mental and physical well-being.
  • What are the health benefits of using an infrared sauna?
Infrared saunas provide several health benefits by raising the body’s core temperature, which increases circulation and promotes sweating. This helps to remove toxins, improve skin health, aid muscle recovery, relieve joint pain, and reduce stress. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas work at lower, more comfortable temperatures, allowing for a longer, more relaxing experience with deep tissue penetration.
  • How is an infrared sauna different from a traditional sauna?
While traditional saunas heat the air around you, which then heats your body, infrared saunas use infrared light to directly warm your body without significantly raising the air temperature. This results in a more comfortable environment at lower temperatures (typically 30-40°C), yet still provides deep heating that penetrates up to 45 mm into your tissues. This process is gentler on the body but equally effective in promoting detoxification and relaxation.
  • Is infrared sauna therapy safe, and who can use it?
Yes, infrared sauna therapy is safe for most people, as it uses natural infrared light that doesn’t involve harmful UV rays. The heat from infrared light penetrates the skin without causing burns or damage. However, it's recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before using an infrared sauna if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications. Generally, it’s suitable for individuals seeking detoxification, pain relief, or relaxation.
