Definitions

  • "The Company" refers to Float & Wellness Hub.

  • "The Buyer" refers to any individual purchasing goods or services from the company.

  • "The Client" refers to any individual who books an appointment for a face-to-face session at our clinic in Swansea, UK.


By booking an appointment or purchasing a gift voucher from Float & Wellness Hub, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions. Please make yourself aware of these terms before proceeding.

Code of Professional Ethics

  • During any treatment, the therapist will keep the client informed of all methods used during the session.

  • All business and professional activities will be conducted with honesty and integrity.

  • Clients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A disclaimer must be signed on the first visit, and a parent/guardian may be required to attend further appointments.


Customer Code of Conduct

  • We only offer professional treatments. Any inappropriate or lewd conduct will result in the immediate termination of the treatment, and the client will be required to leave the premises. Full payment will be due, and no refunds will be provided.


Late Attendance / No Show Policy

  • Fees are payable in advance. Please inform us if you cannot attend your appointment punctually. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment or a loss of appointment, with the full fee still payable.

  • We cannot hold your appointment for more than 30 minutes. If you are late beyond this, your appointment will be canceled, and the full fee will be charged.

  • In the event of a no-show, you will be responsible for the full amount of the booked treatment.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, you will be charged the full amount of the booked treatment.

  • If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, you can reschedule by calling us on 07825 285521 and paying a fee of £10 per session.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to confirm that any cancellation or change request has been received by us. If no confirmation is received, the full treatment fee will be charged.
     

Recovery of Outstanding Accounts

  • If an unpaid invoice or cancellation fee needs to be pursued, the client will be liable for all administrative and recovery costs incurred by Float & Wellness Hub or a third-party recovery agent.

  • An initial invoice letter will be sent requesting payment within 7 days. If payment is not made, further correspondence will incur an administration fee of £10 per correspondence. Any additional recovery charges will be added to the outstanding amount.
     

Gift Cards / Vouchers

  • We offer a refund for gift cards or vouchers within 14 days of purchase. After this period, vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

  • Gift cards and vouchers are valid until 30/09/2024 and cannot be extended. Expired vouchers will be donated to local schools and charities for use as raffle prizes.
     

Client Consultation and Confidentiality

  • If you have any medical conditions or concerns about your treatments, please contact us before your visit. All personal details provided will be kept confidential, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.


Age Restrictions

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment. We reserve the right to request ID, even if you are over 18. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must accompany you and sign our disclaimer.


General Terms

  • All sales are subject to these terms and conditions, and no others shall apply. Placing an order on our website or by phone constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms as necessary. Any changes will apply immediately upon posting.


Courses of Treatment

  • Courses of treatments are non-transferable and are for the named individual only. If circumstances arise where remaining sessions cannot be used, a transfer fee of £10 per person can be paid to transfer the remaining sessions.
